The Biblical Fundamentalist
The Biblical Fundamentalist puts Jesus and the Bible first. This makes the Biblical Fundamentalist a small subset of "Christendom". In fact, Biblical Fundamentalists are often shunned and ridiculed -- even vilified. They are often viciously slandered and compared to those murderous Moslems who behead innocent Christians, Jews and others.
Many so-called Fundamentalists are not Fundamentalists at all. Believing some basic Bible facts does not make one a Fundamentalist. As an example of this, many Pseudo-Fundamentalists claim to be solid Bible Christians, and yet they compromise with sin or even cooperate with the Great Roman Catholic Whore. No, such men are liars, and not Biblical Fundamentalists. The Biblical Fundamentalist puts Jesus and the Bible first, and so does not compromise with sin.
Few people of course, really want to be Biblical Fundamentalists. It is so much easier to compromise with sin, to reject the Bible, to live like the world with its worldly standards and views. Being a Biblical Fundamentalist means that you will probably be "hated of all men" for the sake of Christ. Even false Fundamentalists (the Pseudo-Fundamentalists) will hate you and oppose you if you want to be true to Jesus and true to the Bible. No, you will be "outside the camp" with Jesus if you want to be a Biblical Fundamentalist.
If the cost is so high for putting Jesus and the Bible first, why would anyone want to be a Biblical Fundamentalist? This is a good question. The answer has to do with Jesus and the Bible. If you love Jesus more than anything else, you will want to please Jesus. If you love God, you will want to obey the Bible. How can you say that you love Jesus and do not do the things that He has said?
Jesus is God. God's word is the Bible. John Chapter One says that Jesus is God's Word made flesh. If you love Jesus, you will become a Biblical Fundamentalist because the Biblical Fundamentalist puts Jesus and the Bible first.
How can you become a Biblical Fundamentalist? Well, the first thing is to be born again. Being born again is not praying a prayer or "going forward" in some evangelistic crusade or even getting baptized. No, being born again is when you turn from your sins trust Jesus Himself to save you from your sins. Jesus died on a Cross to pay for your sins. He brought His blood which He shed on that Cross with Him to Heaven. Jesus can wash your sins away with His blood. Trust Jesus today!
